Macau has contributed significantly to modern Chinese as well as world history by serving as China's gateway
to the outside world for over four hundred and fifty years. In this respect, Macau has indeed helped to bring East and West closer together in terms of trade and culture.
With a multilingual reality and competence, close historical and cultural links with the Latin-speaking countries, Macau will once again serve as a bridge between China and the European Union as well as the Latin world.

In addition, the Institute will co-organize international or regional academic conferences and forums.

The mission of the Macau Millennium College is to provide students with top quality education and research in selective areas which capitalize on Macau's accumulated strengths and strongest assets at affordable prices through:
